| Abstract | การจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่มีวัสดุหรือวัตถุดิบเป็นเชื้อเพลิงและติดไฟได้ง่ายอยู่ในโรงงานนั้นมีความสำคัญมาก โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเกิดเหตุเพลิงไหม้ขึ้นการเข้าระงับเหตุ และการอพยพพนักงานในโรงงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วจะทำให้ลดความสูญเสียที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้มาก การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการสร้างต้นแบบชิ้นงาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและสร้างบอร์ดแสดงผลแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้และทดลองใช้ โดยบอร์ดนี้ถูกออกแบบและสร้างให้แสดงผลด้วยระบบอัตโนมัติที่สามารถบ่งชี้พื้นที่เกิดเหตุในโรงงานได้อย่างชัดเจนและครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ หลังจากการติดตั้งบอร์ดแล้วได้ทำการอบรมการใช้งานให้กับบุคคลากรในโรงงานทั้งหมดเพื่อให้เข้าใจระบบการทำงาน และทดลองใช้จริงโดยการซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บอร์ดแสดงผลแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ที่ได้สร้างขึ้น สามารถแสดงพื้นที่เกิดเหตุได้อย่างถูกต้องและบ่งชี้จุดเกิดเหตุได้อย่างชัดเจน ทำให้การเข้าระงับเหตุของชุดผจญเพลิงและการอพยพหนีไฟของพนักงานในโรงงานมีความรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น บอร์ดแสดงผลนี้สามารถลดเวลาในการเข้าระงับเหตุของชุดผจญเพลิงได้ 1.66 นาที จากที่เคยใช้เวลาถึง 4.09 นาที หรือคิดเป็นเวลาที่ลดลงถึงร้อยละ 40.58 บอร์ดนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมประเภทเดียวกัน หรือโรงงานที่มีปัญหาเรื่องการเข้าระงับเหตุของชุดผจญเพลิงหรือการอพยพของพนักงาน เพื่อทำให้การอพยพหนีไฟมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นและลดการสูญเสียชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมนั้น ๆ || Safety management in industrial plants with inflammable materials is greatly important. This is critical especially, in case of fire. With well-established safety management, fire prevention and personnel evacuation can be implemented quickly, leading to lower amount of loss. In this research, a model of fire alarm board was developed. The objective of this research was to design, develop, and test fire alarm board indicating certain affected areas within the plant in accurate, clear, and comprehensive manners. After installing fire alarm board, all personnel were trained and taught how to use fire alarm board in order to improve their understandings of its functions and provide an opportunity for personnel of practicing fire prevention and personnel evacuation. The results of this research showed that the developed fire alarm board could accurately identify affected areas, leading to quickly and effectively fire prevention of firefighting team and personnel evacuation. This developed fire alarm board could reduce time spent to prevent fire of firefighting team by 1.66 minutes from 4.09 minutes, or decreasing in 40.58%. The developed board can be applied tothe same type of industrial plants or plants facing the issues of fire prevention or personnel evacuation in order to provide effective fire evacuation and reduce life and property loss. |
