| Abstract | Gap between Thai labor policies and international labor standards as well as labor policy differences between Thai and developed countries are the reflection of differences ethical values underpinning labor policies between countries. The purpose of this article is to develop an ethical value framework on labor. Ethical values underpinning the work of International Labour Organization (ILO) is explored. To understand diverse aspects and labor measures, the normative ethics approach is applied. Labour issues are inspected though the developed ethical value framework consisting of efficiency, equity, voice, care and good life. The supportive and conflict relationships between these are investigated as well. |
