| Abstract | The phenomenon of the copyright infringement among goods and products demonstrates the core interest of intellectual property. The case between the "rainbow bag" in Thailand and Balenciaga's Bazar Shopper Bag has become popular in Thai society over the past few years. This article aims to understand the factors and effects of the holistic problems. It found that public understanding of intellectual property is still limited. Lack of concepts and guidelines for patenting products of inventors. In addition, the complexity of relevant laws and the lack of clarity in the enforcement of copyright and intellectual property infringement laws all affect the protection of the rights of inventors or products. Thailand has less experiences in this area than many countries focusing on copyright protection laws. In addition, the concepts and practices in Thai society have paid less interest in copyright infringement. Despite of many lawsuit cases, such issues have not made much progress. Until now, the resolution is only on a case-by-case basis. |
