Abstract This research article is a case study analysis on Tham Luang cave rescue within Tham Luang Khun Nam Nang Non Forest Park, Pong Pha Sub-district, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province by multidimensional management. The objectives are; 1) to study the engineering and expert dimension management 2) to study the management of the dimensions of community cooperation and international cooperation 3) to study the management of communication, leadership and governance dimensions 4) to suggest future cave rescue management and policy implications. Mixed research methods are quantitative survey and qualitative research by in-depth interviews and documentary research.Research finding of the 5 dimensions of management study are as follows: 1) Engineering imension include laws and plans for disaster management, the availability of equipment and tools, geological information and knowledgeable personnel 2) Cooperation dimension in the community regarding problems and suggestions from public opinion 3) Management of international cooperation from the courtesy of professional experts from the three countries including England, Australia and The United States of America. 4) The communication dimension is about the unity of news report with accuracy and reliability, and other crisis management of communications, the practice of mass communication and clarity and systematic communication. 5) Leadership and governance dimensions. All there muli-dimensional management have a great contribution to the rescue. Thereby being able to successfully bring all 13 people of “Moo-Pa Academy” – a youth football team context out of the cave by sustaining multidimensional management in the meaning of good governance, full participation and impressive sacrifice in the value of goodness of humanity
