Abstract The purposes of this research were: 1) To determine the desired constituents. 2) To observe the process of teaching students by emphasizing the importance of the teachers of Wat Bang Prong School. The research population of 15 was included elementary teachers for excellence at Wat Bang Prong School. The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire and interview questions. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and the modified priority need index technique Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified) to prioritize the importance of necessary needs. The results of this research were as follows: 1) the elements and supervision process were emphasized on teaching the learners as present and the desirable teachers. There is a demand for the elements necessary for supervision of teaching at a high level and followed by the supervisors of instruction. 2) The observation process of teaching was needed at a high level. There is demand for and followed by the meetings and comments feedback also followed by the planning of meeting before teaching observation.
