| Abstract | The purposes of the research were to study levels of efficient management based on good governance of Watburapapitayarm School principal and propose guidelines for optimizing the efficient management. The forty-four responders were the school principal, fourteen directors of education, and twenty-five teachers. The research tool was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, M, SD, and content analysis. The findings showed that 1) in overview, the levels of efficient management based on good governance of Watburapapitayarm School principal were significantly high (M = 4.44, SD = 0.63). Due to specific areas of the study, it showed that 1.1) the highest average of efficient management based on good governance was the rule of law and the lowest average of efficient management based on good governance was the principle of responsibility. 1.2) the highest average of efficient management was in the topic of time and the lowest average was the topic of quantity. 2) the implications for optimizing the efficient management of Watburapapitayarm School principal were 2.1) in overview, the principal should improve the efficiency of quantity by followed the principle of responsibility 2.1.1) in terms of management and plans, the principal should strengthen the efficiency of worthiness 2.1.2) for action plans, the principal should optimize the quantity of management by obeying the principle of responsibility 2.1.3) in an area of evaluation, the principal should raise the degree of quality efficiency in management by followed the rule of ethics. |
