| Abstract | The purpose of the research was to study the current states of Mahapruttaram Girls’ School management according to the Office of the Basic Commission Quality Award Criteria. The unit of analysis was Mahapruttaram Girls’ School. The respondents were 100 people including one director, one deputy director, eight heads of each learning department, 5 members of education committee, 55 teachers and 30 student committees. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The questionnaires are Checklist and Rating Scale. Statistic used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean scores and standard deviation. Analyzed instrumentation quality by using index of Item Objective Congruence and results are 80 items. According to the research results, current states of Mahapruttaram Girls’ School management according to the Office of the Basic Commission Quality Award Criteria were performed at the standard level in seven categories were as follow : 1) Result (M = 3.65, SD =0.93) 2) Strategic Planning (M = 3.60, SD = 0.89) 3) Workforce Focus (M = 3.57, SD = 0.97) 4) Process Management (M = 3.53, SD = 0.83) 5) Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management (M = 3.44, SD = 0.98) 6) Customer Focus (M = 3.32, SD = 1.00) and moderate level is 7) Leadership (M = 3.27, SD = 1.04). Besides there 17 sub categories were performed at the standard level. |
