| Abstract | This research article is consisted of objective: to study thelevelofthe Good OrganizationalCitizenship Behaviors of Primary School Teachers.The data are provided by 338 teachers from Stratified random sampling and the tools used in the research were questionnaires.Statistics used in analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, means andstandard deviation.The results of this research were as follows: the levelof the Good OrganizationalCitizenship Behaviors of Primary School Teachers were all performed at the highestlevel as a whole(M= 4.50, SD= 0.36).In each criteria category,Civic Virtuewas performed at a highestaveragelevel (M= 4.54, SD= 0.55) followed by Courtesy(M= 4.53, SD= 0.41), Altruism(M= 4.53, SD= 0.42) and Sportsmanship(M= 4.48, SD= 0.44). Conscientiousnesswas performed at the lowest average level (M=4.41, SD= 0.41) |
