Abstract The objective of this study is to study the influence of corporate governance on against corruption of Thai listed companies. The sample was collected from the company summary of 466 firms on the website of the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand (SET) in 2023 and website of Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). The statistics used in the data analysis were frequencies, percentage, minimum, maximum, mean, the Spearman correlation analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis testing indicated that the level of corporate governance has a positive influence on against corruption of Thai listed companies. As a result, corporate governance and involvement in the CAC project are ideal instruments for CEOs to convey signals that will increase investor and stakeholder trust.
