Abstract This study aimed to achieve three objectives: 1) to examine the level of administration of the student care and support system by school administrators in the pilot schools within the educational innovation area of Narathiwat Province, 2) to compare the administration of the student care and support system by school administrators based on factors such as gender, position, work experience, and school size, and 3) to compile recommendations for improving the administration of the student care and support system by school administrators in the educational innovation area. This is a survey research study, with a sample group consisting of school administrators and teachers working in schools under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Narathiwat, totaling 222 individuals. The research instrument used was a 35-item Likert-type questionnaire with a reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s Alpha) of 0.91 and an item-objective congruence (IOC) index ranging from 0.67 to 1.00. The data collected were analyzed using statistical methods including percentages, means, standard deviations, t-tests, F-tests, and Scheffe’s post-hoc method. The findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of administration of the student care and support system by school administrators in the pilot schools within the educational innovation area of Narathiwat Province was at a high level, with all areas showing good implementation; 2) the comparison of administration based on factors such as gender, position, work experience, and school size showed no significant differences, except for the area of student promotion, which demonstrated a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level; and 3) recommendations from the study included knowing students individually, using various screening methods, supporting appropriate learning activities, and continuously monitoring student behavior in collaboration with parents and relevant agencies to ensure the effectiveness and benefits of the student care and support system.
