Abstract | This research aims to 1) study passenger satisfaction levels with the use of AI in airports, 2) analyze the factors influencing passengers' acceptance of AI in airports, and 3)examine the relationship between AI usage and airport operational efficiency from the perspective of service users. The study collected data from a sample of 385 people using a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using statistical methods such as frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing.The results of the study revealed that: 1) Passenger satisfaction with the use of AI in airports: The survey found that passengers were highly satisfied with the use of AI in airports, especially in terms of fast and convenient services, with an average score of 4.49. 2) Factors influencing the acceptance of AI in airports: The perceived effectiveness of AI and the user experience were key factors affecting the acceptance of AI technology. Passengers who had positive experiences were more likely to accept AI. Hypothesis testing showed a significant relationship between the perception of AI and passenger satisfaction. 3) The relationship between AI usage and airport operational efficiency: The use of AI contributed to enhanced airport operational efficiency by reducing service time and improving accuracy in operations, showing a positive correlation with airport performance. The findings emphasize the importance of developing and implementing AI technology in airports to increase passenger satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. |
