Abstract | The purposes of this research were to 1) study the 21st century management skills of educational administrators, 2) study the 21st century learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century, 3) find the relationship between the 21st century management skills of educational administrators and the 21st century learning management skills of teachers, and 4) study the 21st century management skills of educational administrators that affect the learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century. The samples in this research were 331 educational administrators and teachers in schools under the Office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, academic year 2024. The sample size was determined by using Taro Yamane's formula and stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the error code 0.01. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation analysis.The research results were found as follows: 1) the 21st century management skills of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Rai Area 3 were at a high level overall. 2) the 21st century learning management skills of teachers under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Rai Area 3 were at a high level overall. 3) the 21st century management skills of school administrators were positively related to the 21st century learning management skills of teachers at a fairly moderate level. Statistically significant at the .01 level and 4) the 21st century management skills of educational administrators can predict the 21st century learning management skills of teachers by 52.00 percent with statistical significance at the .05 level. The prediction equation in the form of raw scores is Ŷ = 0.038 + 0.004 X5 0.007 X1 + 0.004 X6 + 0.004 X4 + 0.004 X2. The standard score form is Ẑ = 0.167 ZX5 + 0.237 ZX1 + + 0.163 ZX6 + 0.139 ZX4 + 0.139 ZX2. |
