Abstract This research aimed to examine the creative leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Surat Thani and Chumphon, examine the characteristics of innovative educational organizations within this jurisdiction, analyze the impact of creative leadership on the development of innovative educational organizations, and propose guidelines for enhancing creative leadership to foster innovation within schools. The study's sample group consisted of 171 individuals, including school directors, deputy directors, department heads, and teachers. Data collection tools included a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and structured interviews. Data analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and content analysis.The research findings were as follows:1. The overall level of creative leadership among school administrators was high. Among its dimensions, trust had the highest mean score, followed by imagination, while vision and creativity had the lowest scores.2. The overall level of schools as innovative organizations was also high. The highest-scoring aspect was a creative school atmosphere, followed by communication, while shared vision had the lowest score.3. Key aspects of creative leadership that significantly influenced the development of innovative educational organizations included creativity, flexibility, and trust.4. The proposed development strategies emphasized that fostering creative leadership is crucial for transforming schools into innovative organizations. Essential approaches include embracing new ideas, encouraging teamwork, integrating technology, and cultivating an organizational culture that supports creativity. These factors enable schools to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving world. Effective leadership in this context requires a clear vision, a culture of creativity, technological integration, personnel development, and collaborative decision-making. When school administrators successfully implement these strategies, their institutions can evolve into truly innovative organizations that meet the demands of modern education. Ultimately, both creative leadership and the establishment of innovative educational organizations are fundamental to shaping the direction of institutions, fostering a culture of creativity, promoting technological advancements, and encouraging teamwork. Without strong leadership, organizations may remain stagnant and fail to transition into genuinely innovative institutions.
