| Abstract | The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators. 2) Study on the effectiveness of academic management of educational institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6 3) Study on the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic management of educational institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration. Group 6 4) To create an equation for predicting the innovative leadership of school administrators that affect the effectiveness of academic management of the group of educational institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration. Group 6: The sample group includes 265 educational personnel from the School of Special Education Administration, Group 6, the tool used as a questionnaire is a 5-level estimation measure, and the statistics used to analyze the data are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis by Stepwise MethodAccording to the results, it was found that 1) Innovative leadership of school administrators. 2) The effectiveness of academic management of the Educational Institutions affiliated to the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 6 in the overall is high, and 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators that affects the effectiveness of academic management of the Educational Institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration. Group 6 has 3 aspects: creativity, teamwork and participation, and creating an organizational atmosphere of innovative learning. statistically significant at the .01 level. |
