Abstract | This mixed-method study aimed to: 1. examine the current state of social responsibility-based administration among school administrators in local administrative organization schools in Surin Province; 2. develop administrative guidelines based on social responsibility principles; and 3. evaluate the effectiveness of the developed guidelines. The research was conducted in three phases: 1. assessing the current state of social responsibility-based administration using a sample of 148 school administrators and teachers; 2. developing social responsibility-based administrative guidelines through a brainstorming process involving nine experts; and 3.evaluating the appropriateness and feasibility of the developed guidelines with five school administrators. Research instruments included a questionnaire and an assessment form, with data analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.The findings revealed that: 1. The current state of social responsibility-based administration of school administrators in local administrative organization schools in Surin Province was at a high level 2. The developed social responsibility-based administrative guidelines comprised five main components and six sub-components, totaling 31 administrative guidelines. 3.
