Abstract | The social dynamics impacting the mental health crisis are complex and involve several factors, such as economic and social inequality, technological changes, cultural shifts, and the effects of social crises like disease outbreaks or natural disasters.Economic changes can lead to financial stress and the loss of security, while technological advancements may cause feelings of loneliness and social isolation. Cultural shifts can also lead to conflicts over values and differing lifestyles. Additionally, the impact of social crises can force individuals or communities to face mental health challenges, such as depression and anxiety.Addressing the mental health crisis resulting from social dynamics requires strengthening mental resilience at both the individual and community levels. Access to mental health services and the establishment of strong social support networks are crucial. In societies marked by inequality and rapid change, effective responses can help mitigate the effects of the mental health crisis and build long-term resilience for individuals and communities. |
