Abstract | This study aims to 1. analyze the current level of student support system management in the digital era, 2. compare the management approaches of such systems in schools of different sizes, and 3. propose and evaluate ways to develop the student support system in schools within the Surin Secondary Educational Service Area. The research is conducted in two phases. The first phase involves studying the current situation and comparing the management of student support systems based on school size. The sample group consists of 140 administrators and teachers responsible for student support in schools under the Surin Secondary Educational Service Area. Data are collected using surveys, interviews, and assessment forms. The statistical methods used for analysis include percentages, means, standard deviations, and one-way ANOVA to test for differences. The second phase involves studying the management approaches for student support systems through interviews with school administrators who follow best practices. The feasibility and appropriateness of these approaches are then evaluated by five experts using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, and the results are interpreted by comparing the average scores with predetermined criteria in defined score ranges. The results revealed that: 1. The current management of student support systems in schools under the Surin Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. 2. When comparing different school sizes, there was no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. 3. The proposed student support system management strategies covered five key areas with a total of 15 strategies, which were evaluated as highly appropriate and feasible. |
