Abstract | This research aimed to 1. study the level of self-learning behavior of students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession program, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima College, 2. study the level of self-learning factors of students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession program, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima College, and 3. study the factors affecting self-learning of students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession program, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima College. The population used in this research was 163 students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession program, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima College, Semester 1, Academic Year 2024. The research instruments were questionnaires, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of the study found that the level of self-learning behavior of students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession program, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima College, in general and in each aspect was at a high level ( = 4.33). Factors affecting self-learning of students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession program, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima College Overall and in each aspect, it was at a high level ( = 4.45). The relationship between factors affecting learning and learning behavior of students in the Diploma in Teaching Profession Program, Nakhon Ratchasima College, was at a high level (r = .831). When considering each aspect, it was found that the pair with the highest relationship was self-acceptance, which had a fairly high relationship with students' learning behavior (r = .752), followed by self-motivation at a fairly high level (r = .722), and atmosphere and environment conducive to self-learning at a moderate level (r = .598). |
