Abstract | The objectives of this research were 1. to study the causal factors affect success, 2. analyze structural equation success, and 3. development of model causal factors affecting success of logistics service business in Thailand. The sample size determined according to Hare's criteria and the group, which sample group consisted of 400 business operators and executives, purposive sampling method, numbering 10 people, including executives managers and supervisor. The tool collect data questionnaire. Statistics research percentage, mean, standard deviation and analysis structural equation models using the LISREL program.The results of the research found that 1.Supply chain innovation, logistics service provider operations, and logistics service capability have direct, indirect, and combined influences on the success of oil truck and logistics service businesses in Thailand. The model fit index 2. The analysis results are consistent with the empirical data (Model Fit) with the test values of Chi-square = 28.731, df = 28, P = 0.465, CMIN/df = 1.096, GFI = 0.929, CFI = 0.999, AGFI = 0.775, NFI = 0.984, RMR = 0.005, and RMSEA = 0.016. The model focuses on the success of oil truck and logistics service businesses and is related when considering the relationship between the variables of model adjustment. 3. The development of the supply chain innovation model for logistics service operations and capability consists of supply chain innovation, logistics service provider operations, logistics service capability, and 4 components: supply chain innovation, logistics service provider operations, logistics service capability. and the success of the trucking and logistics service business |
