Abstract | This research aimed to study the current status, expected status, model and evaluation of the model of the development of private schools outside the system in the beauty and cosmetic profession to enhance personality. The research methods were quantitative and qualitative, as follows: Step 1: Study from documents, research, interviews and inquiries of administrators and teachers. Priority Needs Index (PNI) analysis was performed. Step 2: Create a model by holding a seminar with experts and conducting content analysis. Step 3: Evaluate the model from school administrators. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation. The results showed that; 1. The current for role of school was at a high level, but expected conditions for role of school was at the highest level. When considering the PNImodified values, it was found that the management aspect had the highest PNImodified value, followed by the teaching management aspect and the promotion and development of students, respectively.2. A model for development non-formal private schools for the beauty professions and cosmetology vocational category to enhance personality was 6 components as follows; Part 1 Principles of the model. Part 2 objectives of the Model. Part 3 contents of the model. Part 4 methods of the Model: BEAUTY SCHOOL MODEL. Part 5 evaluation of the model. Part 6 conditions for success of the model. The results of the format review by experts found that the format and the format guide were appropriate.3. A model for development non-formal private schools for the beauty professions and cosmetology vocational category to enhance personality was accuracy, suitability, feasibility at a high level, and usefulness was at the highest level. |
