Abstract | This research aimed to study 1. the administration of the Sangha according to the principles of the Four Divine Abodes in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 2. To compare the administration of the Sangha according to the principles of the Four Divine Abodes in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 3. To propose guidelines for solving the problems of administration of the Sangha according to the principles of the Four Divine Abodes in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The sample group used in the research was 175 monks in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The data collection tool was a 20-item questionnaire. The results of the research found that: 1. The administration of the Sangha according to the principles of the Four Divine Abodes in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, in all 4 aspects, was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was administration of the Sangha according to the principle of Upekkha, followed by administration of the Sangha according to the principle of Mudita, and the aspect with the lowest average value was administration of the Sangha according to the principle of Metta. 2. The results of the hypothesis testing found that monks with different ages and years of ordination There are no differences in opinions on the administration of the Sangha according to the principles of the Four Divine Abodes in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. As for monks with different levels of general education and religious education, there are significant differences in opinions on the administration of the Sangha according to the principles of the Four Divine Abodes in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province at the 0.05 statistical level. 3. Recommendations: Be neutral, do not give benefits to those who want to benefit, do not give harm to those who have different ideals, should honor monks or laypeople who are beneficial to the community, and should not protect monks who have committed wrongdoings because they are friends, close friends, or have mutual benefits. |
