Abstract | This research aimed to 1. study the level of customer opinions on the quality of service of amusement parks in shopping malls in Bangkok and 2. compare customer opinions on the quality of service of amusement parks in shopping malls in Bangkok. This research was quantitatively classified by gender, age, education level, occupation and income. The population studied was customers who visited amusement parks in 4 shopping malls in Bangkok. The researcher used a total of 400 samples. The research instrument was a questionnaire with estimation. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results of the study found that 1. The level of customer opinions on the quality of amusement park services was overall at a high level. 2. The results of comparing customer opinions on the quality of amusement park services in shopping malls in Bangkok found that customers with different genders, ages, education levels, occupations, and incomes had significantly different opinions on the quality of amusement park services in shopping malls in Bangkok at a statistical level of .05. |
