Abstract This research aims to: 1) develop an online lesson program on patient care in radiology (nuclear medicine) for radiologic technology students, 2) compare the academic performance before and after using the online lesson program, and 3) evaluate student satisfaction with the online lesson program. This study is a research and development (R&D) project. The sample group consisted of 31 radiologic technology students from the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkhla University, selected by purposive sampling. The tools used were a pre-and post-test knowledge assessment and a program evaluation form. The statistical methods employed were Paired Samples T-Test, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results revealed that: 1) The post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores, with an average pre-test score of 8.26 (SD = 1.983) and an average post-test score of 9.48 (SD = 0.851) from a total of 31 participants. The Paired Samples t-test showed that the difference in scores between the pre-test and post-test was statistically significant at the level of p < 0.05 (t(30) = -3.607, p = 0.001). 2) The learning outcomes through the online program significantly improved the post-test scores. 3) The correlation between pre-test, post-test, and GPA showed a correlation coefficient of r = 0.319, with a p-value of 0.081, which is greater than 0.05, indicating no significant statistical correlation between pre-test and post-test scores. 4) The positive correlation suggests that the scores may be related at a low level.
