| Abstract | This academic article examines the application of Sangha Law in protecting Buddhism. It highlights the increasing challenges in safeguarding Buddhism from both internal and external threats. This is because Buddhism is dangerous in all directions, both internal and external, especially this internal threat, which is that Buddhists together undermine Buddhism itself, which requires the application of laws related to Buddhism, including the Constitutional Law, Article 67 related to the patronage and protection of Buddhism, and the Law on the Sangha Act, Sections 43 and 44, as well as the Criminal Code, Section 335 bis. |
