Cultural Tourism and Festival Preparation The Bun Khun Lan Prasat Ruang Khao Festival reflects the Isan farmers' way of life and beliefs through rice castle processions, rituals honoring Mae Posop (the Rice Goddess), and demonstrations of traditional farming practices. The preparation process emphasizes community participation, involving local leaders, monks, and youth to ensure the festival’s continuity.2. Enhancing Tourism Promotion Improving the festival’s identity, introducing interactive activities such as workshops and immersive processions, and upgrading facilities like homestays and local shops can attract more visitors and boost local income.3. Publicity and Cultural Preservation Utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok, along with bilingual media, can expand the festival’s reach to both domestic and international audiences. Collaborations with journalists, bloggers, and tourism agencies further enhance visibility and cultural preservation. Additionally, developing websites and mobile applications can improve accessibility and engagement, making the festival more appealing to tourists. |
