| Abstract | The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level providing subsistence allowance service of Tha Chanuan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Manorom District, Chainat Province, and 2) to study the suggestions for the providing subsistence allowance service of Tha Chanuan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Manorom District, Chainat Province. The research was quantitative. The population was 1,578 elderly who received subsistence allowances from Tha Chanuan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Manorom District, Chainat Province. The sample size was 200 people. The sample size was determined according to Krejcie and Morgan's formula. The tools used were questionnaires. Data were used to analyze data using frequencies, percentages, and standard deviations. The research results found that: 1) the level providing subsistence allowance service of Tha Chanuan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Manorom District, Chainat Province was found to be overall at a high level ( = 4.01) and when considered in each aspect. It was at a high level in every aspect. The average were arranged from highest to lowest as follows: transparency ( = 4.11), speed (= 4.05), service staff ( = 4.03), information perception ( = 4.02), and safety, sufficiency ( = 3.83).2) the suggestions of the providing subsistence allowance service of Tha Chanuan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Manorom District, Chainat Province emphasised on increasing the budget for subsistence allowances, maintained service standards, providing additional careers, improved public relations formats, improved the dress and politeness of officials and improved facilities. |
