| Abstract | This academic article aims to present conflict management. Where contradiction is the nature of all things Conflict can lead to creativity if understood and managed well. But the conflict, if too much, lacks understanding. And lack of good management will erupt into violence and damage as a result. Humans live their daily lives in conjunction with conflicts, whether economic, social, cultural and political, that may occur in different ways. In each individual, in each organization, conflicts are both beneficial and beneficial. and to no avail If not understood and managed poorly, then it is essential that human beings understand and think that it is natural and inevitable. as long as they live and live together with other people in society. |
