Abstract This research article aims to Study 1) investigate the core competencies of school administrators, 2) explore quality assurance operations within educational institutions, and 3) examine the core competencies affecting quality assurance operations within educational institutions under the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 285 teachers of the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, derived from cluster random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability value of.96. To analyze the data, the researcher conducted statistics consisting of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1) school administrators' overall core competencies were of the highest level. 2) The highest level was generally demonstrated by the educational quality assurance within educational institutions. 3) At the.05 level, the three core competency variables of school administrators—achievement motivation, teamwork, and personal development—had a significant impact on the assurance of educational quality within educational institutions under the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
