Abstract | This research aims to study and compare the operational conditions of administration and management processes in quality assurance within the new normal era of educational institution administrators. Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 2, the sample group used were teachers. Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 2, a total of 320 students, was obtained from determining the size according to Krejci and Morgan's table and then using stratified random sampling. in proportion to the size of the school the instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire questionnaire. It has a reliability value of 0.980. Statistics used in the research include percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested using t-tests and one-way analysis of variance. When differences were found, pairwise comparisons were made using Scheffe's method. The research results found that1. Overall it is at a high level when considering each aspect. It was found that all aspects were at a high level.2. Comparison of teachers' opinions on the operation of administrative and management processes in quality assurance within the new normal era of educational institution administrators. Classified by level of educational qualifications, overall there is no difference.3. Results of comparing teachers' opinions on operating conditions, administration and management processes in quality assurance within the new normal era of educational institution administrators. Classified by school size Overall, the practices were no different. |
