| Abstract | Social justice is a critical issue in national development and improving the quality of life for citizens. This article focuses on examining public policy development strategies to reduce inequality and promote equal opportunities in society, employing relevant concepts and theories such as Distributive Justice, Equality, and Inclusion. Furthermore, the article analyzes significant obstacles, including political influences, resource constraints, and the complexity of social issues. The proposed strategies for policy development include enhancing governance mechanisms and transparency, empowering communities and vulnerable groups, and fostering collaboration among government, private sectors, and civil society. In conclusion, this article emphasizes the pivotal role of public policies in fostering social justice and achieving sustainable development. |
