| Abstract | This article aims to study and analyze the issue of gender inequality in the context of culture and development, with a focus on exploring the impacts of gender inequality on society and the economy. It also proposes strategies to reduce gender inequality in the development process. The study found that gender inequality affects access to resources and opportunities for both men and women, which acts as a significant barrier to economic and social development. Designing gender-sensitive policies and enhancing the participation of both men and women in the development process are key strategies to reduce gender gaps in society. Additionally, promoting equitable education and career development will help empower women and increase access to essential resources for development. These actions will contribute to building a sustainable and equitable society. |
