Abstract | The purpose of this research article is to study the law regarding the selection of high-ranking executives in Rajabhat universities. Position of Rector of Rajabhat University and proposes to issue rules regarding the selection of rectors Consistent with good governance practices in higher education institutions. It is in accordance with the principles of good governance, transparency and the lack of conflict of interest of the President Selection Committee. It is qualitative research.The authors of the research article presented various important points as specified in the Guidelines for Good Governance in Higher Education Institutions as amended. and analyzed in conjunction with the Rajabhat University Act 2004, Principles of Good Governance according to Section 9 of the Higher Education Act 2019, Administrative Procedure Act 1996, Section 13 and Section 16, The research results found that Rajabhat University, which is a higher education institution, is subject to the principles of good governance in such higher education institutions. It is necessary to amend and improve the regulations regarding the selection of presidents of Rajabhat University to be consistent with Article 19 of the Guidelines for Good Governance in Higher Education Institutions and the amendments. |
