Abstract | This research aims to 1) study and analyze the pride in participation of the students in Art of Literature Club at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University in the academic seminar project activities, 2) to study the relationship between student participation in organizing activities and the success of the project, and 3) propose guidelines for developing students' potential to participate effectively in various activities. The sample group for this research consisted of students from Art of Literature Club at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University who participated in the academic seminar activities in the 2024 academic year. The sample was purposively selected, comprising 150 students from the club who attended the seminar. The research tool was a questionnaire designed to assess students' level of pride and opinions regarding their participation in the project. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The research findings are as follows:1. The pride in participation of Art of Literature Club students at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University in the academic seminar activities had a very high average score (4.66) and a high correlation coefficient (0.84). This indicates that students felt proud of their significant roles in teamwork, with increased satisfaction and mutual support, resulting in better participation in organizing the project activities.2. The relationship between student participation in organizing activities and the success of the project shows a very high average score of 4.65, with a correlation coefficient of 0.85, indicating a very strong relationship. This demonstrates a clear connection between satisfaction and success, highlighting the positive impact of student involvement and illustrating the clear relationship between satisfaction and project success.3. The analysis of guidelines for developing students' potential for effective participation in various activities revealed a very high average score (4.53), but the support from faculty and staff was unsatisfactory, with an average score of only 3.64. This reflects the critical role of faculty and staff in student development. The overall average correlation coefficient was 0.73, which is high, indicating that all factors play a significant role in enhancing students' potential for effective participation in various activities. |
