Abstract The purpose of this research was to study the Communication and Collaboration of early childhood in the 21st century by using activities to enhance learning experiences. The sample group used is early childhood male and female aged 3-5 years. Kindergarten 3, Semester 1, Academic Year 2024. Demonstration School, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, Nafai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province, 25 people, Using purposive sampling. The tools used Plan for organizing activities to enhance learning experiences to develop Communication and Collaboration skills of early childhood in the 21st century 24 plans, Communication skills assessment form and observation form of Collaboration behavior for early childhood. The research is Quasi-Experimental Research using the One - Group Pretest -Posttest Design to analyze the data using mean and standard deviation. Research results found that the evaluation of communication skills for early childhood. The results of all 3 evaluations were combined. Before the experiment, was (M) 2.54, (S.D.) 0.51, at a low level, and after the experiment was (M) 4.03, (S.D.) 0.15, at a high level. The evaluation of cooperation skills for early childhood. The results of all 3 evaluations were combined. Before the experiment was (M) 2.55, (S.D.) 0.01, at a low level, and after the experiment was (M) 4.23, (S.D.) 0.26, at a high level.
