Abstract | Results of inquiry-based learning (7E) combined with the use of Word wall games Gas metal arc welding course covering 1 topic, welding positions and joint types. of students at the vocational certificate level Welding Engineering Technical Department, 1st year, Kanchanaphisek Technical College, UdonThani. The objectives of this research were to compare the academic achievement before and after learning through the inquiry-based learning (7E) together with the Word Wall game in the Gas Metal Arc Welding 1 course on the topic of welding positions and joint types and to study the satisfaction of those who learned through the inquiry-based learning (7E) together with the Word wall game. The sample group used in this research was 30 first-year students who studied in the Gas Metal Arc Welding 1 course from purposive sampling. The research instruments were the achievement test form for the Gas Metal Arc Welding subject 1, the topic of welding positions and types of joints in welding, and the student satisfaction assessment form after learning through the inquiry-based learning method (7E) combined with the Word wall game. Data was analyzed using a statistical program and basic statistics, mean , standard deviation. The research results found that the academic achievement before learning had an average score of 7.63 points and the academic achievement after learning had an average score of 11.80 points. When the academic achievement before and after were analyzed, it was found that the academic achievement after learning was significantly higher than before learning at a statistical level of 0.05. The satisfaction of those who learned through the inquiry-based learning (7E) together with the use of the Word wall game in the Gas Metal Arc Welding 1 subject, welding position and joint types, had an overall average of 4.8, which was at a very good level of satisfaction. |
