Abstract | This research aimed to: 1) study learning behaviors for developing entrepreneurial competency among students in the Industrial Arts program at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat-University, and 2) explore guidelines for developing startup entrepreneurship. The sample group consisted of 53 first- to third-year students in the Industrial Arts program, Faculty of Industrial Technology, during the second semester of the 2024 academic year. The research findings revealed that: Overall, students' learning behaviors for developing knowledge competencies toward startup careers were at a high level (Mean = 3.66, S.D. = 1.05). The most prominent behavior was self-directed learning (Mean = 3.73, S.D. = 1.06), followed by formal curriculum-based learning (Mean = 3.67, S.D. = 1.12), and consulting with knowledgeable individuals (Mean = 3.67, S.D. = 1.12). In terms of development guidelines for startup careers, the overall level was the highest (Mean = 3.89, S.D. = 1.09). The most emphasized approach was hands-on practice in technology and startup innovation (Mean = 3.96, S.D. = 1.13), followed by the application of ICT to extend knowledge for social benefit (Mean = 3.91, S.D. = 1.06), and collaborative learning through presenting startup business ideas (Mean = 3.89, S.D. = 1.05). |
