Abstract | This study aimed to design and develop a board game for teaching the Industrial Management course, evaluate the quality of the board game based on game-based learning principles, and assess student satisfaction with the game-based learning approach. The sample group consisted of 30 students enrolled in the Industrial Management course. The research instruments included a board game developed based on game-based learning principles, a board game quality assessment form, and a student satisfaction survey. Data were analyzed using mean (Xbar) and standard deviation (S.D.). The findings revealed that the developed board game, titled " CHAIR GAME" was designed following the framework of Ratchaneewan. The game simulates production planning and control in the manufacturing industry, supports 4-8 players, has clear rules, and takes approximately 120 minutes per session. The quality assessment conducted by three experts yielded an average score of 4.80 with a standard deviation of 0.16, indicating a "VERY GOOD QUALITY" rating, demonstrating its suitability for instructional use. Additionally, the student satisfaction assessment showed a mean score of 4.72 with a standard deviation of 0.27, categorized as "HIGHLY SATISFIED" indicating a positive perception of game-based learning. These findings suggest that "CHAIR GAME" is an effective learning tool that enhances students' learning experiences in industrial management. The game can be integrated into instructional strategies to improve student engagement and learning outcomes significantly. |
