| Abstract | This academic article is an education. Human resource development according to Buddhist principles the study identifies that most human resource development is organizational development to drive the organization to be more efficient. Because human resources are an important part of helping to develop an organization to be able to progress by using personnel to be able to achieve goals or for the organization to develop into a professional level appropriately. The author has applied the Buddhist principles in using the 5 principles of plurality as the principle of human resource development, which leads to "principled knowledge development, to develop work by analyzing important issues, and then to create words that are interesting to follow, to develop mistakes with reason, and to develop individuals with wisdom". |
