| Abstract | The objectives of this research were to: 1. study the innovative leadership of administrators, 2. study the success of academic administration, 3. The results of the analysis of the relationship between innovative leadership and academic administration success of educational institutions, and 4. explore development approaches for innovative leadership that influence academic administration success. This study employed a mixed-methods research approach. The population included school administrators and teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 4 in the academic year 2024. The sample consisted of 26 school administrators and 277 teachers, totaling 303 participants, determined using Krejcie & Morgan’s sample size table and selected through stratified and simple random sampling. The research instruments included questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and content analysis.The findings revealed that: 1.the overall level of innovative leadership among administrators was at the highest level, 2.the overall success of academic administration was also at the highest level, 3.key factors of innovative leadership influencing academic administration success in schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 included transformational vision X1 creativity X5, and risk management X3, and 4.the guidelines for developing innovative leadership for academic administration success, administrators should have a vision aligned with educational goals, utilize data and appropriate innovations, promote teamwork, manage risks effectively, and foster an innovative organizational atmosphere that encourages creativity for sustainable academic excellence. |
