Abstract This article presents strategies for school management to promote sustainable learning. Sustainable learning is essential in preparing students to cope with changes in the modern world by focusing on the development of critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. School management that promotes sustainable learning must emphasize teacher development, flexible curriculum design, the use of technology in teaching, and fostering collaboration between schools, parents, and communities. Efficient resource management in education is also crucial in creating an environment that supports continuous and sustainable learning. Implementing these strategies will help improve the quality of education in schools and guide the educational system to meet the challenges of society in the future.
