Abstract | This study aims to examine factors influencing behavioral intention to use digital signature system for agreement signing among individuals by apply the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Trust and Perceived Risk as a conceptual framework for this research. This research is quantitative research; data were collected via online questionnaire from 163 samples who have an experience of using an electronic signature and basic knowledge of digital signature. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS. The result reveals that effort expectation, performance expectation, social influence, price value and trust affect behavioral intention to use digital signature system for agreement signing. The study result also confirms that greater level of trust of service provider influence lower perception of risk. From the results, service provider will be able to use it to improve system and service. Moreover, this will be beneficial for government agencies to educate and promote the use of digital signature. |
