| Abstract | This research is to produce online video media and to solve the problem of using the teacher's learning record system, Faculty of Industrial Technology Nakhon Phanom University. The population of the research was teacher Faculty of Industrial Technology Nakhon Phanom University is a user of the learning record system 97 teachers. To using a purposive sampling and were only one user. By the Yamane method was used to select a sample of 78 teachers. The research used questionnaires and statistics as tools to analyse data such as frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and ranking. To compare before and after watching an online video of using the Educational Service System to record teachers' Grades Entry. The results show that 1) have prepared video materials by uploading files onto the YouTube channel for online viewing, and 2) the results of the analysis of the frequency and percentage of respondents' opinions after watching the video. Consider follow to lists found that, there is a convenient access to the grade record menu. Overall, at the highest level (x ̅=4.86), secondly, have been Knowledge and understanding of grading methods together and grading separately.
