Abstract | Based on the review of the research status and development trend of theories of management, art management and dance education, this paper uses a combination of theory and empirical research to deal with the management strategies and other issues of dance teachers in colleges in Central China. A specific analysis and empirical discussion on the impact of work performance and possible solutions are carried out. The thesis analyzes the structure of dance teachers' management strategies and compiles questionnaires, and conducts an empirical study on the effects of dance teachers' management strategies on job performance. This article explores the effects of management strategies of different dimensions on the satisfaction of dance professional teachers through empirical research, and then studies the effects of satisfaction on job performance. This paper uses a hierarchical regression analysis method to compare the various variables, such as personal information, personality traits, emotional factors, recruitment, continuing education, performance appraisal, salary distribution, promotion, employee care, collective collaboration, and individual collaboration adaptability to work performance. The research results show that the above independent variables have a significant impact on job performance, indicating that the above factors are organizational behavior variables that need to be focused on in job performance research and actual work. At the end of the thesis, based on the aforementioned investigation and research and data analysis results, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given to solve the management problems of dance teachers in colleges. |
