| Abstract | The management of piano teaching mode is a process in which teachers manage the teaching mode used in the process of piano teaching by using the combination of management and pedagogy, giving full play to the management functions of planning, organization, coordination and control, so as to make it run orderly and improve the efficiency. Based on OBE (Outcome-based) teaching theory, learning organization theory, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, constructivism theory and PDCA cycle theory, this dissertation investigates the current situation of piano classroom teaching management of music undergraduates in Guangxi,China from the perspective of teachers' teaching through literature research method and survey research method. The existing management problems are found and the root causes of the problems are explored, and finally the countermeasures to optimize the effect of classroom teaching management are proposed to promote the improvement of the quality of piano classroom teaching for undergraduate music majors in Guangxi, hoping to provide theoretical and practical references for the optimization of the piano classroom teaching management system in colleges and universities. |
