Abstract | The paper presents the results of studies of the biological properties of 54 collection and epizootic strains of Salmonella, performed in order to select promising strains for the manufacture of vaccines against salmonellosis in animals. It was established that the industrial strains of Salmonella Typhimurium No. 371, Salmonella Dublin No. 373 and Salmonella Choleraesuis No. 370, currently used for the manufacture of vaccines, had the highest immunogenicity among the studied strains. Bioinformatics analysis of the data of whole genome sequencing of these strains was carried out, which makes it possible to identify them by molecular genetic methods. |
