Abstract | The purpose of this work is to conduct a comprehensive comparative study of the efficacy and safety of a hybrid scheme of eradication therapy in patients with confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection. We conducted a randomized comparative study of 180 people with clinically confirmed helicobacteriosis. Upon completion of drug therapy, patients underwent control instrumental diagnostic studies to analyze the effectiveness and safety of the prescribed treatment. The results of our study showed high efficiency and optimal safety of the hybrid scheme of eradication therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori, in comparison with the standard triple scheme and the four-component bismuth-containing scheme. The effectiveness of this method directly depends on the individual characteristics of the patient, the severity of clinical manifestations of helicobacteriosis, the level of resistance to antibacterial therapy. Important for the optimization of eradication therapy is the study of the acid-forming function of the stomach for the selection of a proton pump inhibitor in the optimal dosage and a pronounced antisecretory effect. |
