Abstract | Administrators play a role and influence on the operation of the school to lead the school to success. Leadership is therefore an important role that administrators should have. The executives must perform their duties effectively, must adapt, and spark creativity in the members of the organization to cope with changes and respond to policies. The objectives of this research were (1) to study the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. And (2) comparing the level of opinions of personnel on the strategic leadership of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by position, education level, and school size. The population of this research consisted of 3,111 school personnel under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with 342 samples. The research tool was a questionnaire on strategic leadership of school administrators. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that; (1) Strategic leadership of school administrators under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall was at a high level. And (2) a comparative analysis of opinions on the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 2 found that; (a) classified by position as overall and aspect are not different. (b) classified by level of education in general and in each aspect is not different. And (c) classified by school size as a whole were significantly different at the .05 level. |
