Abstract | The effective management, the executive is the most important cog. The executives must have leadership, initiative, visionary, well-rounded, academically desirable to their subordinates. In which teachers are considered another important cog in leading educational institutions to achieve their goals, they can be regarded as being an important human resource for the development of the country. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the roles of school administrators in building the morale of teachers under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2. And (2) to compare the level of roles of school administrators in building the morale of teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by education level, salary level, and school size. The population used in this research were 2,884 teachers of schools under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with a total of 351 samples. The research tool was a questionnaire on the role of school administrators in building teacher morale. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) The overall level of roles of school administrators in building the morale of teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. And (2) a comparative analysis of the roles of school administrators in building the morale of teachers under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2 found that; (a) Classified by the level of education in general and in each area is not different. (b) Classified overall and individual salary levels are not different. And (c) classified by school size as a whole and each aspect was significantly different at the .05 level. |
