Abstract Participatory management is an administration that allows those involved in education management to participate in decision-making, planning, and co-working, which creates a sense of commitment and mutual agreement in managing the educational institution to achieve the goals and to develop work that is performed together to be of the highest quality. This research aims to (1) study the participation of educational institute administration of vocational institutes in Chachoengsao Province according to the opinions of personnel. And (2) to compare the level of opinions of personnel on the participation of educational institute administration of vocational institutes in Chachoengsao Province classified by position, work experience, and educational qualification. The population in this research consisted of 569 vocational educational institutes in Chachoengsao Province using a sample of 229 people. The research instruments were questionnaires on school administration participation. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) the participation of educational institute administration of vocational institutes in Chachoengsao Province as a whole was at a high level. And (2) the comparative analysis of opinions on the participation of school administration of vocational education institutions in Chachoengsao Province found that: (a) Classified by overall position, there is no difference, but different aspects in terms of program and cooperation are statistically significant at the .05 level. (b) Classified by overall work experience is not different. And (c) Classified by academic qualifications were not different overall, but different aspects were academically significant at the .05 level.
