Abstract | Motivation, therefore, is an essential component of a person's behavior, a factor that is of paramount importance to the successful performance of the goal. Executives, therefore, need to understand and have the ability to motivate personnel in the organization to work together to their full potential, satisfaction, and commitment to the organization. This research has the objectives (1) To study the level of motivation in working performance of teachers under vocational education in Chonburi Province under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. And (2) to compare the performance motivation of teachers under Vocational Education in Chonburi Province under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission classified by level of education, work experience, and status. The population used in this research were 916 teachers under the vocational education in Chonburi Province under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, and 274 samples. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that (1) The job motivation of the teachers under Vocational Education, Chonburi Province, under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission as a whole and each side was at a high level in all aspects, in order of average from descending, including the nature of work, aspect. Responsibility, career advancement, job success, and recognition. (2) The results of comparing teachers' performance motivation revealed that (a) Teachers who graduated differently had the motivation to perform tasks in terms of responsibility and job advancement differently at the statistical significance level of 0.05, other aspects were not different. (b) Teachers with different work experiences had no difference in overall work motivation, however, in terms of work success, the difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. (c) Teachers with different statuses had no difference in overall performance motivation, but in terms of responsibility, job position progression was significantly different at 0.05 level. |
